Aside from the joke, they actually showed some useful stuff that you will like at the Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference 2024:

  1. "Apple Intelligence," (awful name), a new AI system in iOS and iPad 18 in the form of practical tools to help you rewrite, proofread and summarize things like emails and other messages.

  2. ChatGPT is integrated into the new Apple Intelligence allowing you to use ChatGPT "when it might be helpful." It will work with the new AI writing tools.

  3. INTERESTING: Most Apple Intelligence actions will be done on-device to make the system as privacy-focused as possible. They also created Private Cloud Compute, a feature that's supposed to utilize the cloud for advanced ultra-secure AI data processing.
